When we receive an order over the phone, we ship items immediately. However, an item may occasionally be back-ordered. We will notify you of your order status via the email address or phone number you provide us.
We use US Postal Service for our entire shipping requirements. The figures below reflect our base-rate shipping, to include insurance and handling fees.
Priority: Estimated $15.00 and up (2-3 day delivery; Saturday delivery to most U.S. addresses).
Express: Estimated $35.00 and up (Overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses).
When shipping overseas, we ship only to APO (Air/Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.
Our Return Policy
All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and re-saleable, unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will not honor refunds after 14 days. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items. It is also the customer's responsibility to Insure delivery of all returned items.
We reserve the right to change the terms at any time without warning or notice.
