The name is derived from Old High German Brätwurst, from brät, which is finely chopped meat and wurst, or sausage. Our Bratwurst is a white pork sausage, seasoned and prepared Imbiss* style.
Knackwurst Mit Brötchen | 4.50
The name is derived from Middle High German Knacken, to crack, which refers to the sound of the sausage skin, which makes a cracking sound when bitten, and wurst, or sausage. Our Knackwurst is a short, plump pork sausage, seasoned and prepared Imbiss* style.
Schnitzel Club Sandwich | 8.25
A club sandwich with a German accent. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and mayonnaise on freshly toasted bread. This club, however, has a crispy tender schnitzel in place of ham, and served with a choice of one side.

The original cordon bleu began as a schnitzel filled with cheese in Central Europe in the 1940s. Our Cordon Bleu starts with a tender pork loin, butterflied and filled with ham and cheese, breaded and sautéed, and is served with choice of one side.

The German word schnitzel has its origins from the mid 1800s where schnitz referred to cutting or slicing. Hence, a schnitzel is a cutlet or slice. We prepare our Castle Schnitzels Weiner Art style using pork loin, tenderized with an authentic schnitzel hammer, then breaded and sautéed.

The German word jäger means hunter. This schnitzel is served with a creamy mushroom and onion sauce.
Zigeuner Schnitzel | 8.95
The German word zigeuner means gypsy. This schnitzel is served with a zesty bell pepper and onion gravy, with or without jalapeno peppers.
